Introductionمقدمة: :  
هناك حوالي 5000 لغة يتحدث بها البشر  في العالم اليوم (ثلث هذه اللغات في أفريقيا)، ولكن العلماء
يجمعونها معا في أسر قليلة نسبيا -- وربما أقل من عشرين. وترتبط الغات مع بعضها البعض من خلال

الكلمات أو الأصوات  المشتركة او القواعد النحوية. تقول النظرية أن أعضاء كل مجموعة لغويةقد 

انحدرت من لغة واحدة ، وهى بمثابة سلف مشترك. في كثير من الاحوال  حكم علىها من قبل الخبراء

بانها هى الاكثر استخداما وبصورة مزهلة  في الآونة الأخيرة -- اقل من بضعة آلاف سنة مضت.

There are about 5000 languages spoken in the
world today (a third of them in Africa), but
scholars group them together into relatively
few families - probably less than twenty.
Languages are linked to each other by shared
words or sounds or grammatical constructions.
 The theory is that the members of each
linguistic group have descended from one language,
 a common ancestor. In many cases that original
language is judged by the experts to have been
 spoken in surprisingly recent times - as
little as a few thousand years ago

 اما اللغة الإنجليزية هي لغة المانيا الغربية المتصلة بالهولندية الفريزية والألمانية مع كمية كبيرة من

مفردات من اللغة اللاتينية والفرنسية واليونانية وغيرها الكثير تطورت اللغة الانجليزية من اللغات الجرمانية و
  جلبت إلى بريطانيا من قبل انجلز, السكسون، الجوت والقبائل الجرمانية الأخرى ، التي تعرف مجتمعة
    بالأنجلوسكسونية أو الإنجليزية القديمة. بدأت اللغة الإنكليزيةالقديمة تظهر في الكتابة خلال أوائل القرن الثامن
حوالي 341مليون نسمة يتكلمون الإنجليزية كلغةالأم، وكذلك 267 مليون نسمة يتحدث بها
  كلغة ثانية في البلدان بما في  أكثر من 104دولةتضم الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ,المملكة المتحدة ، ايرلندا، كندا،

استراليا ، نيوزيلندا ،جنوب أفريقيا، وساموا الأمريكية، وأندورا، وأنغيلا ، أنتيغوا وبربودا ، أروبا ، جزر البهاما، بربادوس ،
بليز، وبرمودا ، وبوتسوانا ، واقليم المحيط الهندي البريطاني, ، جزر فيرجين البريطانية، بروناي ، الكاميرون
  كندا، جزر كايمان ، وجزر كوك والدانمرك.

As for English Language,it is a West Germanic language
 related to Dutch,Frisian and German with a significant
 amount of vocabulary from French, Latin, Greek and many other
 languages.English evolved from the Germanic languages
 brought to Britain by the Angles, Saxons, Jutes and
other Germanic tribes, which are known collectively
 as Anglo-Saxon or Old English. Old English began to
 appear in writing during in the early 8th century AD.
Approximately 341 million people speak English as a
 native language and a further 267 million speak it
 as a second language in over 104 countries including
the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand,
South Africa, American Samoa, Andorra, Anguilla,
 Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados,
Belize, Bermuda, Botswana, British Indian Ocean
Territory, British Virgin Islands, Brunei, Cameroon,
 Canada, Cayman Islands, Cook Islands and Denmark.

اخى الدارس ,اختى الدارسة يجب علينا جميعا ان نتزكر حقيقة واحدة ومحددة وهى حقيقة اننا امة تحمل 
رسالة سماوية  الا وهى رسالةالاسلام وقد وقع على عاتقنا  مسؤلية نشرها وتبليقها الى كافة الناس
.وطالما  حملنا مسؤلية صعبة وكبيرة ومهمة  بهذا القريجب علينا ان نبحث عن وسائل وطرقتمكننا من
القيام بهذه المسؤلية على اكمل وجه وكما يحب ربنا ويرضاهوكما يجب علينا ان نقر بحقيقة ان اللغة
الانجليذية هى اللغة الاكثر انتشارا فى عالم اليوم .لذلك اذا تعلمتها فانت حيئذ مبلغ  وداعى للاسلام بل 
ايضا مدافع لهفى هذا العالم الملئ بالفوضى والحرية المطلقة.اما بخصوص كل ما قيل ضد هذه اللغة 
من كونها صعبة والتشكيك فى جدوى تعلمها وتعليمها ان هى الا تعصب اعمى وكراهية للغرب وليست 
هنالك ادلة لا من الكتاب ولا من السنة النبويةتثبت ما ذهبو اليه اذا نستنتج مما سبق ان تعلم وتعليم
اللغة الانجليذية ضرورة وحتى يكون هنالك تواصل بين الامم وتعايش بين الاديان وتبادل المصالح و
المنافع فلا بد منوجود جسر لذلك وهو  جسر اللغة الانجليذية

My dear  student,we all have to remember a certain fact,the fact that we are

 a nation(Ummah)holds  heavenly message which is Islam.And we are given the

 responssiblity of preaching for it,and also spread it to all   the people.

As long as we are given  a such important ,difficult and great

responssiblity,we have to look for means and methods  that assist us to perform

 properly on one hand and please Allah to gain His satisfaction  on other hand.

We  must  admit the fact that English language is the most widely spread language

in the world.Therefor,if you learnt it  you would be the informer  and the preacher

for  for Islam and as well its defender in to day's chauos and absolutely free world

As for all that was said against English language  in relation to  the

claims on its difficulty  and the doubts on the importance of both

 learning  and teaching it,all that is niether justifiable nor has religious proofs from

either the precious Book or prophetic tradition to prove their claims and prospectives

So,we can conclude  from what is mentioned above that learning and teaching English

language is a necessity.In order to make communication or more procisely

 a link between nations besides religious coexistence and exchanging mutual

interrests and benifits there must be abridge for all that ,it is English language.
